EDWARD CASIMIR ZAWISLAK
April 18, 1933 - June 21, 2019

After a lengthy illness, we lost our husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He just did not have the strength to go on.
Special thanks to Dad's wife Gabriela for the 24-hour care she provided for our Dad during the past years. It was more challenging as time went on.
Edward was predeceased by his parents, Mike and Helen; his first wife Louise; his daughter Diane; and sisters, Irene and Isabel.
Dad is survived by his wife Gabriela; son Barry (Cheryl); daughters, Darlene (Jerry) and Janice; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Margaret and Olga; as well as his extended family and friends in Canada and Poland.
A special thank you to the doctors and staff at the Heart Failure Clinic.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held at Notre Dame du Lac Roman Catholic Church in Lac du Bonnet, MB on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart Failure Clinic, Y2-409 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
