HELEN GILBERTA (BIRDIE) ARCHER
She left behind her husband of 70 years, Kenneth; sons, Don (Gert), Glen (Heather) and Bruce (Megan); daughters, Cathy and Bonnie (Ioannis); as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Laurie (Vic).
Birdie always worked hard to maintain her strength and good health and after spending 40 years in a wheelchair, we know she is happy to finally be free.
Mom always took pleasure in cooking and baking and playing cards. In her younger days she enjoyed curling, dancing and going on canoe trips with her husband. Most especially she was happy when her family was with her. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Ken.
