NELLIE FITKOWSKI
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter Sharon (Wayne) Tokar, son Barry (Nicole) Fitkowski, along with grandchildren, Ashley (Jordan), Kyle (Daniela), Kayla Tokar, Justin and Allison Fitkowski.
She was predeceased by her husband Mike Fitkowski, her parents, Anne and Dmetro, brothers, Mike, Walter, Orest and Russell. She leaves behind her sister Roxy Wazny, and many nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to the staff at the Simkin Centre for the great care they provided to Nellie, especially the last few weeks.
Funeral service will be held Friday, July 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., with viewing commencing at 10:00 a.m.
Flowers gratefully declined. For those wishing to do so, donations may be made in Nellie's memory to a charity of one's choice.

It has been my honour to visit with Nellie over the past few years. We shared time praying, laughing and remembering her life, from childhood and on. She loved her family, her friends and was proud of her Ukrainian roots. She often talked about her time helping at Holy Trinity Cathedral. I will miss those talks and visits, but am grateful that God brought us together. I pray that Our Lord bless her family with peace and consolation. May her memory be eternal. Vichnaya Pamyat.
