EMANUEL RAPOSO MEDEIROS
He is survived by his beloved wife Maria Gilda; daughter Ruth; son Tony (Susana); grandchildren, Steven, Shane, Nicholas and Devon; as well as numerous family members abroad.
The family wishes to thank all the nurses, doctors and staff at the Health Sciences Centre, fourth floor GD wing for the great care of Emanuel during a difficult time.
Prayers will be said on Friday, July 19 at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Parish, 181 Austin Street N. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue W.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba in Emanuel's memory.

Our deepest sympathies to Sra Maria and her family, I work at Nedco and we always enjoyed when they would come in ... most times I would wait until they arrived. So I can speak to them and then go home. Sr. Emanuel always had a smile jokes and stories to tell me and my brother. Joe and I will miss him so much, the Staff at Nedco will miss him.
