ROSIE HELENA FREDETTE
Rosie will be greatly missed and forever loved by her partner, Jim McPherson; her children, Kenneth, Suzanne (Kurt), Claude (Sandra), Michele (Gary), Laurette (Daniel) and Donald; sisters, Gloria Dodd and Dolores Marshall; and brother Gary, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rosie was born on February 21, 1938, living her early years in St. Boniface, moving to the Ste. Anne/Richer area, and finally settling in St. Vital. She was a devoted parent, always working hard to provide for the children she loved.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Vista Park Lodge for the excellent care provided to Rosie over the past five years.
In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no formal funeral service held.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations on Rosie's behalf may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 1379 Kenaston Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Aunty Rosie. Our condolences to all of you and your families. What I remember most about your Mom is her forever smiling, and her distinctive laugh, and how she was so welcoming when we came to your home in St. Vital. Our thoughts are with you. Laurette and family so truly sorry to hear your sweet mom "Rosie" has passed on. May the wonderful times and the lifelong memories you have of your mom stay in your hearts forever. I know I have some wonderful memories of your mom and my mom on a few outings we all did together going back many years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
