CAROL WOROBY
(nee MCKENZIE)
January 30, 1950 - August 21, 2019
She is survived by her husband Bill; daughter Nicole (Pedro); son Brian; and grandson Alexander.
Carol grew up in Charleswood and attended Chapman, Royal and Charleswood Collegiate Schools. She started working at Eatons as a clerk in the Administration Department and then as a Court Reporter for the Province of Manitoba, a career she thoroughly enjoyed.
Carol was a very thoughtful, insightful and caring person. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She always placed her family ahead of herself. She will be sadly missed by Bill, Nicole and Brian.
Carol will now be joining her mother Gert, with whom she had a very close relationship; and her beloved dog Maxwell.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation and a private family service have already taken place.

We were saddened to learn of Carol’s passing. Our most sincere condolences to all the Woroby Family. We are honoured to have known Carol for over 30 years. We enjoyed watching the Woroby kids grow up with our two sons. We know Carol was very proud of her children’s successes in life. She was also a proud Grandma. Carol was a great source of research info for travel in the U.S.A. We used her skills in this area several times. Our thoughts are with Bill as he continues his life journey. Dear, Sweet Carol, I have no doubt at all that you've already made Angel Grade. I do and will continue to miss you so terribly much in my lifetime here. But I'll see you again someday, and we'll be giggling together as if we'd never left off. (Feel free, though, to start the silliness without me, my friend; get things warmed up for my arrival!) So lucky to be your pal, Leslie. - Posted by: Leslie Harris (Friend) on: Aug 31, 2019
