MARGARET MEREDITH
She was predeceased by her husband George Meredith; parents, Alfred and Christine Lake; brothers, Fred, John and Wilf and sister Gertrude Garroni.
Margaret became a medical secretary at Deer Lodge Hospital and remained there until her retirement. She loved working with people and her kind heart and gentle ways won everyone over. When Marg finally met her own "Sir Lancelot," George, she loved their trips to the UK, Europe and many places in North America. Many evenings were spent laughing, dancing or playing cards with her siblings and their families. She never missed her Legion Tuesday afternoons nor the Wednesday afternoons at Oakview Place. Marg was an avid gardener and neighbours enjoyed passing her home and admiring her well-tended garden and having a friendly chat with "the nice flower lady." She adored dogs and cats and always had one or the other in her life.
She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews and friends.
The family thanks Oakview Place for their dedicated care of Marg in her last year.
Interment will be held at a later date.
