Only just saw the obituary today, saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with him in several bands, and was always inspired by his playing, and enjoyed working with him. I had a hobby of always recording the groups I worked with, and often when I listen to the dvd's I made, he still amazes me when I listen to him. One of the best. - Posted by: Jim McEwen (fellow musician) on: Nov 02, 2019

Bill was an exceptional musician and I was blessed to hear him play saxophone in Legion 252 Concert Band. One of the nicest most humble men I have ever met. He had fascinating stories to tell. He will be missed. Our condolences to his family, friends and loved ones. - Posted by: Murray (Musician ) on: Nov 02, 2019
