WILLIAM (WASYL) KOTYK
June 26, 1929 - October 29, 2019
Bill will be dearly missed by Alice, his loving wife of 67 years, his children, Michael (Diana) and Terry (Randy Yahiro), grand-children, Robert (Megan), Jacqueline (Yani), Rik (Linh) and Zac (Janell), great-grandson Basil, his brother Ted, and many more family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his son Randy, parents, Wasylina and Dmetro, sisters, Mary, Dora, Lily, Olga, Betty-Ann, and brothers, Nick and Nestor.
He was born and raised in Fort Frances, Ontario, moved to Winnipeg at 16, married Alice and raised his family in Brooklands and Transcona.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Cropo Funeral Chapel Transcona, 1800 Day St.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

I'm very sorry to hear that Bill is gone to heaven to be with his son. I hope that the family is taking one day at a time, and talking about all the good memories, that they have had with Bill as he was a very giving man.
