Joan was one of a kind lady. She took me under her wing and taught me what being an EA is all about. Glad I had her as a role model and friend. Joan may you be at peace and spreading your sense of humour all around you. Till we meet again my FRIEND. - Posted by: Irene (Co-Worker) on: Nov 12, 2019

Joan was a special lady. Always had a smile and kind words. When I battled cancer, Joan gave me much needed support and encouragement. She would always ask how I was, even though she had her own medical issues. She never put herself first. I wish you luck playing keno in heaven. The “station” will never be the same without you...rest in peace friend...your smile will be missed... - Posted by: Donna McDonald (Friend) on: Nov 09, 2019

Sending my deepest condolences to Chuck, Joan's children, grandchildren, and all their extended family, whose hearts are saddened from her loss. I met Joan and Chuck at the Casino- which she loved to attend, and made many acquaintances there. On my visit to see her in the hospital, she said, "I MISS THE CASINO ! " I know we all will miss the chats we had with our dear friend ! After your long struggle, I know God has taken you under his wings to ease your suffering. Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Brenda Prins (Friend) on: Nov 09, 2019
