ROBERT HAROLD (BOB) MITCHELL
January 6, 1942 - November 12, 2019
Predeceased by father Harold Mitchell, mother Dorothy Mitchell (Coakes), son James Mitchell, granddaughter Breanne Mitchell.
Lovingly missed by daughter Lorena Mitchell (Ernesto), great-grandchildren, Sofia and Lillian, grandchildren, Keelie, Tiernan, Pamela, Justin, Athan, Dominik, sisters, Marion Falvo and Janice Timlick, brothers, Brian (Annette) Mitchell and Frank (Laurie) Mitchell, uncle Fred (Irene) Coakes, many nephews and nieces, cousins and extended family. My dad also had a very good friend Willy that was a huge support.
I want to thank the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and support.
My Dad enjoyed being an active member of the Legion and over the course of his life spent a lot of time volunteering. He enjoyed helping out wherever he could and especially playing Santa at Christmas time. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and talking about how proud he was of his family.
From years past he was very active in a few CB clubs. These are years I will always remember the most - going to breakfast and Christmas parties with my Dad.
You will be lovingly missed.
We are celebrating his life at the Royal
Canadian Legion Branch #30, 1748 Main St. Winnipeg, 2nd floor on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
