Respecting Fred's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
A private celebration of Fred's life will be held at a later date.
A heartfelt thank you to the compassionate doctors and nurses in E2 ICMS and Palliative Care staff who treated Fred with dignity and gentleness; he was very grateful.
If you wish to do so, donations in Fred's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, a charity dear to his heart.
