Jarvis passed away peacefully on December 21, 2019, with his family by his side, at St. Boniface Hospital.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street, Winnipeg.
