JOEL BELISLE

It is with much regret and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Joel (JB) Belisle on December 29, 2019 at the St. Boniface Hospital. We take solace that Joel has moved on to a more peaceful world where he can now work on dirt bikes and play and record music which were his passions.
Joel was predeceased by his mom Paulette Belisle (nee Lagasse); grandparents, Real and Georgette Belisle, and August and Claire Lagasse. He will be missed by his dad Ron; stepmom Brenda; sisters, Chantale (Dean Beischer) and Colette; niece Mia Milette; and nephews, Gunnar and Colin Cummins, along with numerous aunties, uncles and cousins.
A heartfelt thank you to St. Boniface intensive care unit with special thank you to nurse Bernadette, nurse Ling and Dr. F. Siddiqui for their professionalism, compassion and kindness, while Joel was under their care. As well as the Pact program for assisting him for the past number of years.
Mass will be held on January 8 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Adolphe Catholic Church, 402 Main Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mood Disorders of Canada (Manitoba) or the Bruce Oak Recovery Centre.
