I was saddened to hear that your father passed away. Your father was our Hero because in 1940 he was transported by Soviets from Poland to Syberia. Following the German Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941 he was released and joined the Polish Army which had begun re-forming under General Władysław Anders.
