AGANETHA (NETTIE) DYCK

It is with heavy hearts filled with peace, that we announce the passing of Nettie Dyck on January 24, 2020 in her sleep. After a long-extended decline, Mom went home to be with Jesus. She was looking forward to the day when she would join her loved ones in heaven.
They settled in various areas in Manitoba and took up farming, before finally settling in North Kildonan. This is where Nettie met the love of her life, Wally Dyck who lived in a home behind theirs. They were married on September 3, 1950. They had three children, Melinda (Robert) Heidebrecht, Ronald (Irene) and Victor. They had seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Karen, Andrea, Christopher, Steven, Jennifer and Kathleen and eight great-grandchildren, Jacob, Wally, Anna, Natalie, Timothy, Weston, Kaliana and Clemence. Nettie was predeceased by husband Wally in 2000.
Funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2020, at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg. Interment in Green Acres Cemetery.
