ERMELINDA SOUSA
She is predeceased by mother Zulmira Da Costa Pinto; father Antonio Luis Maduro; son Leonel Sousa; and daughter Belmira Sousa-Vannevel.
She is survived by husband Amandio Sousa; daughter Elsa Sousa (Gordon); son David Sousa; grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, Michael and Stephen and many nieces and nephews.
Ermelinda was born in Portugal and married Amandio Sousa on December 6, 1958. She had four children. She moved to Canada in May 1971, where she was a homemaker and loved gardening.
We will miss you and love you always.
Viewing will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, and funeral service to begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
