  • Aunty Lorna - I have always felt supported and loved by you. We shared so many great conversations and laughs. My husband Ken also shared many scrabble games with you, and misses the competition. You suffered so much the last few years, yet kept up your amazing sense of humour. I can only be thankful that you are finally at peace. We are already missing you so much. Deepest condolences to Cindy, Jeff, Garth, and grandchildren. Your passing leaves a big hole in our family. Love you always and forever. - Posted by: Coreen (Niece) on: Feb 10, 2020

  • My deepest sympathies to you both Cindy and Jeff and to all of your family on the loss of your dear Mom. She was such a lovely, kind lady. My dad Gordon always had a special place in his heart for your mom. I too played Scrabble "on line" with her - she gave me a run for my money :) May she now rest in peace xo Robyn Leigh (Burnell) - Posted by: Robyn (cousin) on: Feb 10, 2020

  • Lorna was my auntie, she was also my godmother, Auntie was a very kind lady who always put others ahead of herself, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Auntie and I would spend hours playing Scrabble "on line", she always kicked my butt. I went to visit her a few months ago and we had a fun time laughing at old memories while watching "gags" on TV, auntie loved to laugh. I remember my 12th bday when she bought me a jewelry box and went out for supper, I still have a piece of that jewelry box with me in my room. You are with the Creator and I know you are living well, I could not have asked for a kinder, more caring angel to watch over me, Love you always Your Niece Charlene - Posted by: Charlene Normand (She was my auntie) on: Feb 08, 2020
