Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Condolences to the family, I remember Dale when he spent many weekends with our family in summers fishing in the slough off Eveline Street, many happy days . Rest in peace ❤❤❤ - Posted by: Sharon (Moore) Ozouf (Cousin, I think) on: Apr 05, 2020

  • My sincere condolences to the family. I have fond memories of hanging out with younger brother Burke and others as we regularly congregated on Saturday night at the Settee residence on Chalmers Avenue to share Dale's company and watch Hockey Night In Canada. He was always welcoming to us younger guys, sharing his life-experiences, stories and personal philosophy of life. God bless you Dale. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Dave Gillis (family friend) on: Apr 05, 2020

  • Norm was amazing man he will be missed by so many people. My condolences to the family and friends. - Posted by: Glen mcintyre (My Wife’s step dad) on: Apr 04, 2020

  • I was also a boyhood friend of Dale and the Settee family and spent more time than I should have at their house. I remember Dale fondly. He was the voice of caution and common sense and too often tried in vain to persuade Brian & I not to do something foolish or dangerous. My sincere condolences to all the Settee family. Respectfully, Laurie Weston. - Posted by: Laurie Weston (Friend) on: Apr 04, 2020

  • We were friends for many years growing up in Elmwood. In later life I would see Dale at Mcphilllips Station. Dale was a wonderful person and will be missed. Condolences to the rest of the Settee Clan and all his relatives. - Posted by: Bill & Ellen Carlisle (Friend) on: Apr 04, 2020
