SHELAGH WELTER
Shelagh was born November 26, 1928, in Winnipeg to Victor and Margret (Pickwell) Flower. She was predeceased by her husband Edward; daughter Shelley Davidson; and her brother Ronald.
Shelagh is survived by her son Greg and his wife April; her sisters, Pat Flower and Vicki Rooney; grandsons, Matthew (Kirsten) Davidson, James (Robyn) Davidson, Chris (Sonya Berze) Welter and Devon Welter.
The family would like to thank the many nurses and aides that shared such loving care for her at Extendicare Red River Place in Selkirk, Manitoba.
A celebration of Shelagh's life will be arranged at a later date for the immediate family.

Deep condolences to you Greg, and to your family. Shelagh was a great friend to my mother when she first arrived in Canada as a young immigrant. My mother always said she was grateful for the care and support Shelagh so generously and graciously gave her. Our thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
