THOMAS EMSLIE
August 16, 1993 - April 12, 2020

With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Thomas Walter Emslie, at the young age of 26 years.
Left to cherish his memory are parents, Kelly Emslie (Joe) and Michael Dzioba (Kristy); siblings, Craig, Tye, Mikey, Kaylee, and Jennie; grandfather Walter Dzioba, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Thomas is predeceased by his beloved grandmother Helen Dzioba.
Thomas grew up in Winnipeg and attended Elmwood High School where he participated in football and excelled at wrestling. Thomas served eight years in the military with the PPCLI. He will be greatly missed by his brothers in arms, as many of them had warm stories to share with us after his passing. Thomas was an avid fan of live outdoor music festivals and enjoyed attending them dressed up. He was well known in the EDM community for his colourful character onesies and his epic dance moves. His ability to light up a room will be sorely missed.
A private cremation ceremony took place April 22, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be decided upon at a later date.
