I met Dave at the Bar Admission Course in 1994, was his colleague at Aikins MacAulay & Thorvaldson for a period of time, and over the years have come to call him a friend and to rely on his wise legal counsel. It was not possible to dislike Dave. He approached life and labour with humour, grace, and decency. A gentleman. Someone to emulate. I will miss Dave, but I won’t forget him or his way. Thank you Dave! My sincere condolences to his spouse Debra, his family, and those for whom his departure has left a void, including his colleagues at MLT Aikins. - Posted by: Graham Robson (Colleague and Friend) on: May 02, 2020

Dave was a co worker from the DB days and I had the pleasure of his humor and wit during the Dominion Bridge alumna golf tournaments. later on Dave professionally helped with a severance negotiation and we shared old DB tales. Rest in peace Dave. - Posted by: Greg Helm (Dominion bridge coworker) on: May 02, 2020
