December 9, 1948 - April 26, 2020
He is survived by his two daughters, one sister, two brothers and six grandchildren.
Howard was predeceased by his loving wife Janet, and his parents, Peter and Anne Penner.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, once the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
