JAMES NORMAN WARRENER
July 4, 1931 - April 27, 2020
Jim was predeceased by his beloved wife and best friend Joan in 2013.
Cherishing his memory are his son Don; daughter-in-law Sarah; and his beloved granddaughter and family - Melissa, Eddie and Lucas, Jim's great-grandson.

To me he was a beloved friend and colleague at the Manitoba Department of the Environment from 1972 to 1996.
