I remember Rose and Ermanno very well. They were friends of my parents Vince and Iva Sinosch. Graciella, your Aunt was my sister's godmother. My condolences on the loss of such an important person in your lives. - Posted by: Marie Peluso (Worked for her as a babysitter for the boys in the 60's) on: May 09, 2020

Few are lucky enough to have fifty plus years of beautiful memories. My zia Rose gifted me fifty seven. Rose was strong, kind, generous and proficient at so many life skills. Gatherings at her house were memorable for many reasons, not the least of which was her cooking. Love and warmth radiated from her as naturally as it does from the sun and the stars. The Venesia clan was never an easy bunch to manage. My auntie Rose did it magnificently. She never shied away from bringing a calm, sober voice to sometimes lively situations. Later in life, I came to understand just how important she was in my life. I could always count on her to offer kind and thoughtful council. I was able to eulogize my uncle Ermanno in 2007. Covid 19 precludes me from doing the same for my zia Rose. My wife Brenda and my children Alex and Morgan loved her very much. My tears are starting to dry up zia, but the void in my heart will never fill. - Posted by: Dino Venesia (Nephew) on: May 09, 2020
