JOSEPH PICKLYK
September 2, 1937- May 10, 2020
Joe leaves to mourn his passing his wife Terri, daughter Shannon (George), son Jay (Shelley), grandchildren, Jory, Taylor and Meagan, brother John (Judy), his best friend Neil (Maureen), and numerous other family and friends.
After working for various garment companies and a short stint at the post office, Joe opened Shanter Sportswear in 1975 and continued until he finally retired in 2016. When he had free time, he spent it golfing, fishing, and most importantly with his grandkids.
The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and doctors on 3 East Palliative Care at Riverview Health Centre. We also would like to thank the staff and residents in Juniper House at Rosewood Retirement Living for your kindness and care of Dad.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to CancerCare Manitoba, Alzheimer Society of Manitoba or Riverview Health Centre.
