He will be missed by his children Shelley, Chuck and Guy along with Guy's wife Darlene, who was always there for dad.
As per his wishes cremation has taken place and no service will be held.

I have many fond memories of Uncle Charlie as he was always very kind to me and my sister Ingrid. He was such a brave young man serving in the Canadian Navy during the Second World War and then a devoted husband to my aunt Connie and father to his children, including his son Stuart who predeceased him. His sister, Ethel (my mother), who is the last of the Bailey siblings, misses him very much, too. I'll drink a beer and toast your memory, Uncle Charlie! Thank you for always being there for me.
