JORDAN TYLER AKERSTREAM

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and untimely passing of our beloved Jordan Tyler Akerstream, at the age of 29, on June 15, 2020. He was a father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.
A celebration of Jordan's life was held Thursday, June 25, 2020, in Grace Point Church, followed by interment in Elmwood Cemetery. Jordan's family kindly requests that all of his friends and relatives take a few minutes to honour his memory by visiting his tribute page at EthicalDeathCare.com.
