HIGHAM: Edward Augustine Clifford Higham, 1934-2018. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear father, grandpa, and loving husband Edward Augustine Clifford Higham on Saturday, August 25, 2018 while surrounded by the love of his family. Ed was born in Hamiota, and raised in Brandon, MB. He was a loving, caring, compassionate and generous man who touched the lives of everyone he met. Left to cherish Ed’s memory are their children, Sharon Beaudry (Edmonton), Jo-Ann Mealy (Cam) (Brandon), Ron Higham (Kathy) (Winnipeg) and Lori Salesse (Gilles) (Winnipeg); grandchildren, Curtis Komarniski (Kelly), Devin Komarniski (Krista), Kimberly Komarniski (Tyler), Terra Mealy, Travis Mealy (Courtnee), Krystle Penny (Kyle), Brayden Higham (Melissa), Rachel Salesse, Daniel Salesse; nine great grandchildren and many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Vivian. A celebration of Ed’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg.
