Peacefully, On October 7, 2020, Hannah, at the age of 24, passed from this world into the arms of her Heavenly Father.
Hannah is survived by her parents, Dean and Angela; her brother, Adam; grandmother, Linda; uncle, Fred; aunt, Laura (Kasio); cousins, Michael, Andrew, Daniel; and extended family/friends.
At the tender age of 10, Hannah developed a seizure disorder which she endured bravely. During this period of difficulty in her life, her sense of humour shined forth with joy and laughter.
Hannah loved her word finds and colouring. She adored her pets. Hannah loved outdoors, and especially in the warmer months when she could sit on the swing. Mostly, Hannah blossomed in the time she spent at the day program with Community Ventures. She let all know that this was her "job".
The family would like to send a special thank you to the paramedics, doctors, and staff at St. Boniface Hospital ICU.
Cremation has taken place. No formal services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Hannah's memory to the Salvation Army.

After almost 25 years of love, more love, laughter, much prayer and also tears, my beautiful precious granddaughter, Hannah is now with Jesus - restored and completely made whole; in a land called Heaven where there ae no tears or pain. Alyssa was very sad to hear of Hannah's passing. She was so excited the first day she met her at Community Ventures. She said Mommy I have new friend. She enjoyed sitting on the couch talking with her. She told me " she is nice, she is funny". Alyssa said "I am said I am going to miss her". Our condolences. I'm so saddened to hear of Hannah's passing. I was hired at John Taylor to work with Hannah. She was the very first student I worked with and will always have a special place in my heart. While I was hired to help Hannah learn, she is the one that taught me so much! Her infectious laugh and smile will forever be imprinted in my mind and heart. Gone way too soon. Hannah will be missed, but she is with the father now, and we have the peace knowing that one day we will all be reunited with her and see her beautiful face again.
