Egon's wife Erna is cousin to my late father Hans Fast (1919-2005). Egon and his wife faithfully visited my parents in Calgary. It seemed that the last thread of conversation would carry on to the next visit! What a great relationship! I personally can vouch for their hospitality offered to me in Winnipeg.
