JOHN NICK REEVES
John will be sadly missed and is survived by his brother-in-law Greg Lacomy; nephew Brad Lacomy (Alisa); nieces, Michelle Namaka (Marvin) and Carmelle Lacomy-Pich (Kevin); great-nephews, Brett Namaka, Brady Lacomy and Karter Pich; and great-nieces, Danica Namaka and Tori Lacomy. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Minnie Hunka, and his sister Joan Lacomy.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.

When I worked at HMV John would always come in and ask about movies. He'd always have something on order and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was never in a rush and he always had a 10 to 15 minute conversation with whoever was helping him, it was usually Claire. John definitely had his favorite employees and she was one of them. He continued to come visit her when she took over the Portage place location and I'm pretty sure he was one of the first customers to come in to sunrise records when they took over HMV. When I last saw John he had come into the Polo Park location to visit Claire, as I was also there visiting, we had a short conversation but I didn't think it would be our last. He would always asked me when I was going to marry Claire and I was always joke that I was making her wait. I remember the day when I was told that he had called the store to say he had cancer...
