RUTH A GEAUVREAU
(nee SWANSON)
December 19, 1948 – December 6, 2020
Ruth was predeceased by her husband Dan; son Donny; mother Adele; brother Billy and sister Debbie.
Ruth will be sadly missed by son Joe (Joanne); daughter Sheila (Rene); honourary daughter Lisa (Aaron); sister Kathy (William); brother Chuckie (Rose); and mother-in-law Rosa [Gord(Sharron), Lew(Lila), Donnalee (Jim)]; along with nieces, nephews, 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mom made many friends with her caring and loving personality. She worked at Riverview Health Centre as a Health Care Aide for over 18 years. Upon her retirement she continued to care for the elderly at Riverview. Those who have touched her life will agree that she cared for all and never missed an occasion sending cards to everyone, especially birthdays. It was important that all who touched her life were made to feel important.
A service will be held at a later date.

Very shocked and saddened to see Ruth's obituary today. Ruth was a companion to our Mom who was a resident at Riverview personal care home until her passing in August this year. Ruth was a very kind, gentle and patient person to our Mom and also to our family. Our Mom referred to Ruth as 'my friend' and enjoyed the time Ruth spent with her.
