SUSAN KLASSEN
(DORVAULT)
December 3, 1961 December 9, 2020
Left to treasure her memory are her children, Mark Weiss (Danielle), Michette Weiss, and Myra Wall (Herman). Grandma's loving hugs will be forever missed by her grandchildren, Hunter, Kaileb, Logan, Isabella, and Ethan. Susan will be dearly missed by her siblings, Mike, Will, Kelly (Valerie), Florence (Pete), Frank, Marie (Paul), Helen (Mark), Beverley, and Betty (Mark).
Susan was predeceased by her parents Albert and Helen Dorvault of Woodridge, MB, and brother Albert.
Susan loved gardening, canning, sewing and baking. Every year she had so much extra goodies to share with everyone. Some things she loved making were barbie clothing for her granddaughter, purses and shopping bags, blankets and hemming jeans. Doing hard work was always a must and never wanted a break. She had many types of jobs throughout the years. Her spouse, at the time, Brian Weiss, fathered her three children. Brian had four daughters which were also a part of her life. Head cook at Friedensfeld Community Centre for over a decade, she also owned/worked in a few self employed businesses. She was a great house painter and was gifted with some automotive related skills. Always did everything with great joy. A few years later, even got her class 1 drivers and did some truck driving. Susan had such a creative mind, and she was willing to try anything and everything. Susan survived a brain aneurysm, recovery was hard and slowed her down but she never gave up on the things she loved. She will be missed dearly.
A Celebration of Life for Susan will be held at a later date.
A special thanks to the CancerCare, Palliative Care team, doctors and nurses.
