THERESE DESJARLAIS

Born September 23, 1927 and quietly passed away at age 93 on January 17, 2021.
Therese was predeceased by son Frankie and husband Alex. Therese will be lovingly remembered by children, Rita Pottinger, Dorothy Butler (Larry) and Orville; grandchildren, Sherry Staal (Robert), Morgan Butler, Madison Boulter (David and daughters, Summer and Brooklyn), Jennifer Desjarlais (Scott Cameron) and Charlie Desjarlais, and many nieces and nephews.
Mom was a strong and thoughtful lady and always had a smile. We will remember the pleasure she had playing the fiddle and the joy her music brought to everyone.
Cremation will take place.
With special thanks to Dr. Webb and the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital.

  • It is with sadness that I read that Therese passed away. Always loved her friendly jovial nature. My mom Pearl Heroux enjoyed her visits to Eriksdale and out to the cabin at Lundar Beach. I will remember her fiddle music and the love she had for it. Condolences to Orville and family and thanks to him for bringing Therese out to family funeral services in Eriksdale.
