The Lavallee and Desjarlais families were childhood friends while growing up in Brooklands. Mrs Desjarlais was a very kind and sweet lady. • Therese was such a good friend to my mom and dad, John and Jeannette. My dad played back-up guitar while she played the fiddle. They are both now in the spirit world. • It is with sadness that I read that Therese passed away. Always loved her friendly jovial nature. My mom Pearl Heroux enjoyed her visits to Eriksdale and out to the cabin at Lundar Beach. I will remember her fiddle music and the love she had for it. Condolences to Orville and family and thanks to him for bringing Therese out to family funeral services in Eriksdale.
