KATHERINE POLISCHUK
July 29, 1941 - February 7, 2021
She will be remembered by children, Betty, Nicky and Danny, grandchildren, Kevin, Craig, Andrea, Krista, Lisa, Matthew, Stephanie, Jennifer, Stephen and Wayne, sisters, Helen, JoAnne and Judy, their spouses and numerous friends and neighbours.
Mom was predeceased by her parents, sister Mary, husband Walter, daughter Pauline and daughter-in-law Debbie.
Mom was born and raised in Starbuck, Manitoba and after finishing school moved to southern Manitoba where she met and married Walter in 1959, then making Woodmore home.
Mom was a super hard worker as a farmers wife always willing to help anyone in need, was very active in the Woodmore WI and the Plankley Plains Church and Cemetery.
Mom suffered for many years with scleroderma and recently with dementia.
We'd like to thank all the staff and care givers at the HLPCH for their care and compassion for Mom over the past few years.
Cremation has taken place and no formal funeral service will be done. A family service and celebration will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Plankey Plains Cemetery P.O.Box 84 Woodmore, MB R0A 2M0.
Rest in Peace Mom, we love and miss you.
