PAM AIRTH
February 11, 1951 - February 28, 2021
Pam is survived by Terry, her husband of 49 years; daughter Kelly (Chris); granddaughter Eleanor; sister Hollis; niece Sara (Greg), nephew Mike; brother Rod (Dianna); niece Terri Lynn (Brian). She was predeceased by her daughter Lesley, her parents, Mary and Jake Penner; and nephew Pat Penner.
Mom made many lifelong friends during her 20 plus years working at MTS. Her summers were spent at Royal Lake in Ontario where many special friendships were formed over morning coffee visits on our deck and afternoon happy hours in the sun. After retirement her winters were spent road tripping with dad to South Padre Island, Texas where they would stay at the Crazy 8 with the other Winter Texans. There were also many winter escapes to Puerto Vallarta with friends.
Mom loved to read, sew, and garden but she would drop everything to spend time with Eleanor. She also enjoyed evenings out at the theater and never passed on an opportunity to go out for dinner, no matter the place.
The family would like to thank everyone for their well wishes and support through this difficult time.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that you consider donating to the Grace Hospital Foundation or the Manitoba Lung Association.

Our deepest condolences. I met Pam while working at MTS, she was a mentor to me, her knowledge and warm disposition always guided me through difficult work issues. We became good friends outside of the working environment. We enjoyed several vacations to Puerto Vallarta with Pam and Terry. Would also frequent Santa Anna for birthdays or occasions, or just sometimes hang around the pool in the summer and enjoy a few Prosecco’s. Pam’s love for her family, especially Eleanor the crown jewel was, and always will be unwavering. My friend I will miss you with all my heart and remember the fond memories we had together. - Posted by: Teresa Smith (Friend) on: Mar 06, 2021

My deepest condolences. I worked with Pam a number of years ago at Mts. I remember her as a sweet, kind woman. Always willing to help. And she was quite social, a few of us would get into gab sessions right in the middle of our work day and it made me forget for a moment that I was working. - Posted by: Sarah (Former Co-Worker) on: Mar 06, 2021
