METRO GAWIUK
Metro was predeceased by his wife, his parents, seven brothers and two sisters. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest with his wife Helen (Lazaruk) at Holy Family Cemetery.
Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us everyday.
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and always dear.
Due to Covid 19, a private graveside
service will take place by invitation only to family and friends.

Uncle Metro was funny. I remember when he and aunt Helen would come out to grans in Elphinstone we knew that was going to be a fun day. And chances were good they brought treats ha ha!
