OLGA GRENKOW
September 17, 1922 - March 15, 2021
Left to cherish these memories are her son Ken (Helen), daughter-in-law Carol, daughter Lorraine (Raymond); her grandchildren, Alanda (Curtis), Kurtis (Nicole), Rachel, Rebekah, Jayson (Samantha) and Charisse; and three grandchildren, Seraphine, Ava and Kage; and sister-in-law Ann.
Olga was predeceased by her husband Joseph, son Donald, brother Walter Slobodzian, and sister Anne Peters.
Olga married Joe in 1943 and they lived their life on a dairy farm working side by side until his death. Olga loved gardening and sharing the excess with all she knew. As was the case with most farm wives, she was an excellent cook and an accomplished seamstress.
After a thorough study of the Bible, Joe and Olga were baptized together as Jehovah's Witnesses in 1945 and devoted all the time they could helping others learn of the Bible's promise of a paradise earth under Jehovah's God's Kingdom. Olga strongly believed the promise at Revelation 21:4 that a time is soon coming when sickness and death will be no more and she actively shared these Bible truths as long as her health permitted.
Due to the pandemic a virtual Zoom memorial service will be held on April 24 at 2:00 p.m. CST. If you wish to attend the Zoom Memorial, Meeting ID is 942 8279 2119 and Passcode: Olga. We hope to see you there.

We are thinking of the family at this difficult time. Olga was truly a hardworking, kind, generous & humble person. She would do anything for you. She was always welcoming, hospitable and an amazing cook! She made the best perogies I have ever had! I have very fond memories of her from the farm. Joe & Olga have left behind a beautiful family that have followed in their footsteps of being kind & generous. We can't wait to see both of them again soon as healthy, energetic young people - when the last enemy death is done away with. 1Cor. 15:26 - Posted by: Kim & Dave Paradis (Family Friend ) on: Apr 19, 2021
