TUCHSCHERER

October 20, 1925 - July 5, 2021

It is with much love and sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Elizabeth (Lise), which occurred at Victoria Hospital, Winnipeg.
Lise was born in the Netherlands, then immigrated to Canada with her husband John and young family in 1957. They made many moves in Canada and the US, their final move was to retire in Winnipeg in the St. James area, where she was predeceased by John in 1988. Lise lived a full life, and loved spending time with family near and far, enjoying many trips which included travel back to Holland and the US to visit family and friends.
Lise is survived and will be missed by her family, son Bill (Diane); daughter Ann (John); son John (Maureen); son Mike (Angie); as well as grandchildren, Tara, Kristin, Jill, Michele, Rebecca, Jolene; and great-grandchildren, Kristie, Mattejas, and Luna. She is also lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins in the Netherlands. Lise had many friends who will miss her as well, of special mention are her long term friends, Irene and Iva, and her many friends in the St. James area and at Kiwanis Court.
The family would like to thank the staff at Kiwanis Court for their care and attention given to our dear Mom and Grandma.
A private family service will be held in the Netherlands at a later date.
