"A Little Cross"
Every day I wear a little Cross
A constant reminder to me
That I am a believer
No matter where I may be
The Cross also reminds me
Of the price He paid for me
A simple understanding
Between my Saviour and me
I'm reminded too to be thankful
For my blessings day by day
And strive to serve Him better
In all that I do or say
It is also a daily reminder
Of the peace and comfort I share
With all who know my Master
And give themselves to His care
So I wear a little Cross
Reminding no one but me
That Jesus Christ is Lord of my life
As I have let Him be.
He was immensely proud of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will not be a formal service, rather a private interment of cremains beside Betty at the Transcona Cemetery.
Flowers are gratefully declined. If you so wish, please consider a donation to Manitoba Lung Association or Concordia Village Foundation.
Thank you. God bless.

Our Deepest Sympathies to Wayne, Carolyn and family & Kathy, Brian and family. Ken & Betty were such great neighbors. Our kids really took a liking to them. Ken would take them for ice cream and always would talk to them across the street. He was such an intelligent man. Had great advice which was greatly appreciated. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to you all. Love, Rene, Carol, Jeremy, Sean & Amber Baril. - Posted by: Carol & Rene Baril (Old Neighbors) on: Jul 11, 2021

Deepest sympathy on the passing of your father, Wayne and Kathy, and your families. Your Dad was always the perfect gentleman and snappy dresser. Uncle Ken was a beautiful dancer and he and Auntie Betty were a smooth stepping couple on the dance floor of many a family wedding. May your memories bring a smile. - Posted by: Shirley Dunfield (Niece ) on: Jul 10, 2021
