BARRY JAMES KIRKUP
October 7, 1954 - July 25, 2021

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Barry, a loving son, brother, uncle and great-uncle, who peacefully passed with family by his side after a short battle with cancer.
He leaves behind his sister Crystal (Sid), brother Glenn (Jasmine); nephews, Jason (Candace), Trevor (Kasia), Kyle and Derek (Kate); nieces, Leah and Tyla; great-nieces and nephew Keira, Caleb and Brenna, as well as close friends, Steve (Necy), Coralee (Dean), Jim, Danny and Sandra, and Paul. Barry was predeceased by his parents, William and Irene Kirkup.
Barry was born and raised in Winnipeg.
Special thanks to the doctors and staff at the Selkirk Hospital as well as Dr. Clark and the Interlake Palliative Care Team.
As per Barry's wishes, no funeral will take place. Interment has taken place in Green Acres Cemetery with family and close friends.
