September 14, 1948 - July 16, 2021
Neil is predeceased by his parents, Fredrick and Ewna; brother Phil; and sister Joan. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Jamie and Tracey; granddaughters, Amber and Justine; great-granddaughter Lily; brother Joe; as well as extended family and friends.

In keeping with Neil's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held. The family requests those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to Siloam Mission, or the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba in Neil's name.
