He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Sr. and Rita Bell. He leaves to mourn his passing his sister Carol, brother David (Louise) and their families.
A private family graveside service to be held.

Uncle Wally loved Jesus. He taught me about loving him too. He helped raise me despite his own challenges. I'm forever grateful for this. Many deep conversations entrusted to me, and many days spent singing together, and playing with my son Kaleb. God gained an angel. See you when I get there uncle. Walter was a good teenage friend. We rode around in his fathers black car and got into the occasional mischief. I have fond memories of his smile, laughter, and the good times shared. I lived on Atlantic and he was one street over - on Polson. I hope he had a good and full life.
