For 30 years, I marveled at his brilliantly creative mind, at his humour, at his Renaissance man like way of changing the world using the beauty of words to do so. Most importantly, though, I witnessed a fiercely loyal heart for whom friendship meant everything. Rest now, dear friend and you are welcome on my balcony at any time...Adieu mon ami.
