MARIA QUINTANA
Maria was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Jaime Quintana. She is survived by her son Miguel; grandchildren, Jason and Tanya (Thomas); siblings, Raquel, Susana, Alvaro, Pedro, Daisy; and her nieces and nephews.
Maria came to Canada in 1981 and made a home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. For over 30 years, she worked at the Royal Canadian Legion (300 Trent Ave.) where she enjoyed being with members and fellow workers. Maria enjoyed meeting and talking to others when commuting on the bus to and from work.
A memorial service will be held at the Cropo Funeral Home (1442 Main Street) at 11:00 a.m. on September 11, 2021.
In lieu of flowers - the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer Society and CancerCare Manitoba.
