Dear Dan and Angelina, I am so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing. She was a wonderful person, genuine in her emotions and generous to all. I'll always remember sneaking out of service or church luncheons to join her for a smoke. We'd chat and she would tell me the latest news of all of you. She was so proud of her family, After I moved to Calgary, when I came home to Winnipeg she was always the first to greet me with a big smile and a huge hug. I also will never forget her generosity that first Christmas after my mother died. Galina was the first person to invite my family to share Christmas with her family. Galina prepared a wonderful meal after church. Her sparkling Christmas tree, generosity in sharing this day with us brightened the feast day for my family who were lost in their grief. Despite many hardships in her own life, Galina's kindness and generosity will always be remembered. May God grant her Everlasting Memory.
