ROBERT BRUCE BEVERLEY
September 27, 1956 - September 22, 2021
He was predeceased by his brother Don Beverley; and his son Robbie Beverley. He is survived by his daughter and best friend, Nikkole; son-in-law Adam; his pride and joy grandchildren, Sawyer and Sadie; and parents, Ida and Leonard Sulkers. His friendship will be sorely missed by friends, Kevin, Jon, Wendy, Kimbo, Janet, Judi, Christine, Sue, Al, Tim and Char, and the family is so very grateful for their love and support as he transitioned out of this life.
Bob was an avid NFL and NASCAR fan and spent many Sundays surrounded by friends and food - watching sports in his Canadian tuxedo. He was a cabinet maker by trade but loved all things construction and renovation. He was the guy you went to for advice in life and business, and he always "knew a guy". He took immense pride in his vegetable garden every year and anyone who walked in his door during harvest wouldn't be allowed to leave without a jar of tomato salsa.
The family would like to express our gratitude to the entire Palliative Care team, the MAiD team, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Davies and Dr. Harlos for the top-notch care he was given for the duration of his illness.
A come-and-go Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Prince Edward Legion #81, 300 Trent Ave. at Brazier St., from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Covid capacity and masking protocols will be in place, with proof of vaccination required at the door.

Bob, you were a gentle soul, always kind to me, and you had the nicest smile:). I tell people about the time you, John Dyck and I hiked the Mantario Nature trail. We walked halfway through on the first day...then decided to do the other half in two. Were we really that crazy? Fond memories of you were will always remain with me. You'll most certainly be dearly missed by the people closest to you. - Posted by: Peter Kolodka (Childhood Friend) on: Sep 30, 2021

I always loved the stories he would talk about around the dinner table. They were about how hard he had it when he was young, he never got a bike. And his brother Donnie always got the best gifts. He was a awesome man who was always there for his family and friends. - Posted by: Faye Richardson (Friend) on: Sep 25, 2021
