Peacefully on April 6, 2021 with family and Pastor Brad holding her hand, Connie passed away. Connie was a lifetime resident of Transcona.
Thank you to all staff and family who helped make Nonna's wish a reality to be cared for at home for nine years until mixed dementia made a move to a care home necessary.
