MARIA DOS ANJOS ARRUDA
August 9, 1953 - October 13, 2021
She will be lovingly missed by her husband Carlos; children: Kathy, Nilton, Debbie and Roberto; her sister Odete (Filipe), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and many other family and friends.
Maria was predeceased by her parents, Manuel and Maria Luiza Pacheco.
Maria came from Sao Miguel, Açores to Canada in 1966. Arriving as a teenager, she attended Tec Voc High School. She worked at Versatile, Bank of Montreal, and Fabricland.
Maria was a devoted wife and mother who worked tirelessly for her family. Her family was always her main priority. She loved to sew and generously shared her creations with family and friends.
Maria was a kind soul with a generous heart and a beautiful smile that she shared with everyone. The world will be a little darker without her.
The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview for the care and kindness shown to Maria.
